I will aim to respond to your query within 24 hours and see you within the next 7 days if there is availability. My working hours are Monday to Friday, morning to evening.

After contacting me via email, telephone call or text message, an initial assessment session is usually booked, which lasts approximately 50 minutes. In this assessment you will have the opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and how it can be helpful to you, to get a sense of me as a professional and to decide how to move forward with therapy.
